Leading Pilates and Yoga Studio in Chatswood are looking for position of Studio Reception / Studio Administrator on the Part-Time or Causal basis, 2-3 days/pw working day under the negotiation. Pay at the average wage rate plus superannuation after the probation.Responsibilities :Answer customer queries online, face-to-face, and over the phone.Studio daily class management and the class shift arrangement.Drive studio marketing activities and social media presence along with website maintenance.Corporate client acquisition and relationship management.Lead new initiatives including marketing to drive increased new members and retention - including seasonal events, member workshops.Support studio processes to improve customer experience and operation efficiencies.Studio equipment, cleanliness, and ambience maintenance.Support studio ad hoc projects and events.Please send us a message with your resume if you are interest at : [email protected] : June |
