Job duties:
Month end close process;
Preparation of the Daily Bank Reconciliation;
Preparation of Balance Sheet and related Reconciliations;
Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll;
Daily Treasury and FX exposure management and optimisation;
Preparation of Balance Sheet and related reconciliations;
Assist the Finance Team with FBT, GST, Income Tax and Payroll Tax Requirements;
Assist the Finance Team with preparation of Annual Financial Statements;
Ensure compliance with financial legislation and standards;
Monthly and Quarterly Reporting for the Company, including
communication of results to management;
Preparation of management and strategic financial reports;
Maintaining clear communication lines with the Finance Manager
Continuous Process improvements, including related project management activities;
