Lotus Packaging is a wholesaler that has a long history within the food packaging Wholesaler industry and has been providing great customer service since 1979. We strive to provide excellent service to our hospitality sector clients.As the Customer account Manager – in this hybrid role you will be reporting to the Directors, working as part of a collaborative team committed to excellent service. You will have the skills and aptitude to deliver our valued customers excellent customer service whilst managing the day-to-day office duties. The Customer account Manager will manage a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to client queries, provide advice, troubleshooting and call handling, as well as processing orders and conducting outbound sale calls utilising your administration and communication skills.Your primary responsibilities will include:Answering customer calls to handle general product enquiries.Administration, order processing, email correspondence, data entry, procurement, supplier liaising.Outbound sales calls to existing customer base.Ensuring all client requests and orders are completed in line with company procedures.Managing and resolving customer enquiries to resolution or re-direct appropriately.Accurately manage and maintaining client records within systems.Our ideal new team member will have:Excellent customer service skills and experience to deliver in a high service delivery model.Solid administration, data entry and order processing experience.Excellent communication, phone manner and written correspondence skills and experience.Strong team player with a high work ethic and ability to collaborate with broader teams.
